Shukers Land Rover valeters David Griffiths and Ray Parsons have helped the Ludlow dealership shoot to the top in the Land Rover region.
They have put Shukers in second place amongst 135 dealers and in a position to take spot stop when the next results of the Land Rover Customer Loyalty Programme (CLP) are known.
“We have stepped up the game to meet Land Rover customer standards,” said Martin Morrey Group Service Manager.
“David and Ray at Ludlow, and Barry Griffiths and Jordan Hogg at Shrewsbury, have put us into the second highest performing dealership in the region for vehicle presentation.
“From customer questionnaires and follow-ups to Land Rover, the valeters have scored outstandingly on the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles whether after-service or MOT.
“The whole dealership is delighted with this performance which highlights the fact the valeters are committed to ensuring that vehicles leave Shukers to the highest possible standard in the industry.
“Shukers has invested significantly in new equipment and machinery to achieve the highest standards and in return David, Ray, Jordan and Barry have together brought the dealership within the grasp of top spot in the region.”
Said Ray: “We take particular pride in our job in washing, leathering, tyre blacking and interior cleaning. We have got to no.2 – now we want to be no.1,” he added.
The Ludlow team also includes driver-valeter Tony Hill and the Ludlow dealership’s Work Shop Controller Mick Richardson also praised his contribution to Ludlow’s success.
