Long-serving sales executive Neil Parry has demonstrated he has the knowledge, skills and ability to offer a professional, premium experience to customers.
Who says so? None other than Land Rover UK.
Their managing director John Edwards has congratulated Neil, who has been at the Shukers Land Rover dealership in Shrewsbury for nine years, on achieving the manufacturer’s ‘Excellence in Skills Level 2’ for sales.
Said Mr. Edwards: “Customer expectations of a premium brand like our’s have never been greater. Both existing and potential Land Rover customers expect the very best.
“We therefore need to consistently excel at everything we do in order to differentiate ourselves from our competitors and provide outstanding levels of customer service.
“By achieving ‘Excellence in Skills Level 2’ accreditation, you have demonstrated that you have the knowledge, skills and ability.”
In recognition of his achievement, Neil, 42, has a level 2 certificate, engraved desk totem and lapel badge. He has also been given a miniature version of the certificate to insert into his personal development record.
Vernon Hogg, Shukers Land Rover managing director, who has also congratulated Neil on his achievement, said the accreditation would remain valid for three years.
“Neil and all our sales executives are encouraged to continuously develop their skills and knowledge so that they can continue to deliver outstanding customer experiences and stay ahead of the competition,” added Vernon.
