Develop incentives and development programmes to promote financial products and services.
Analyse data and makes recommendations based on factual information and experience of the marketplace.
Consult with customers to establish needs; review every customer contact and monitor outcome.
Maintain status as FSA approved advisor, working with the Sales Manager to complete FSA requirements.
Offer customers extended service contracts, protection programmes and accessory packages.
Provide customers with accurate and relevant finance options, answering questions effectively; publish finance examples for new and used vehicles.
Review customer credit applications to ensure they include complete and accurate information; follow up upon customer applications and liaise with lending institutions.
Ensure data is kept secure and processed according to data protection principles.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and calmly.
Analyse current procedures and identify opportunities for improvements proactively.
Deliver training and coaching support to colleagues to ensure commercial and financial knowledge and expertise is maximised across the team.
Support annual business planning and budgeting for the team.
Land Rover standards are reflected within actions and conduct at all time.
