HOST/ SERVICE ADVISOR VACANCY
A fulltime, permanent vacancy has arisen for a Host/Service Advisor at Shukers Hyundai in Aberystwyth. We have recently built a brand new Hyundai dealership and are looking for a warm, confident, efficient individual who is able to demonstrate excellent people skills to join our team and represent this fantastic, innovative brand. Motor industry experience and/or an administration background would be advantageous but are not essential as we provide full training. Meet and greet showroom visitors courteously; establish customer needs thoroughly via polite enquiry; respond to queries in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain knowledge of colleague responsibilities and whereabouts to facilitate direction of customers to the best contact as smoothly as possible.
Ensure reception environment and service area is maintained as safe, clean and professional, and that a welcoming ambience is created; maintain company standards and ensure health & safety compliance.
Follow process relating to repairs and servicing, including provision of estimates, maintenance of records, document control, customer notification on completion.
Ensure data is kept secure and processed according to data protection principles.
Communicate effectively with the Workshop Controller to ensure work progress can be communicated.
Ensure invoicing, payment and cash processes are followed.
Ensure exemplary customer service is delivered; update customers thoroughly and regularly.
Assist with customer complaints promptly; identify and cascade areas to improve customer service.
Identify and take opportunities to sell product, support promotional activities.
Engage in training and development to improve skills and performance.
Maintain awareness of departmental targets and KPIs.
